Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will engage in hands-on food preparation and customer service across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This role offers significant growth opportunities, evidenced by over 80% of the managers having started as Crew members. Whether you have prior food service experience or are new to the field, you will receive comprehensive training and be part of a team that fosters a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food manually every day with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Provide outstanding customer service fostering a friendly and enjoyable environment.
- Work confidently at multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo after training.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Demonstrate passion and willingness to assist both customers and team members.
- Eagerness to learn and develop cooking skills extensively.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Possess effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
