Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle in Moreno Valley, CA, you will contribute to transforming the fast-food experience by preparing real food by hand daily using no freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Training will be provided for all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere through exceptional customer service, whether or not you have prior experience in food service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh menu items by hand according to company standards.
• Operate various stations including grilling, cashiering, preparation, salsa making, and expo.
• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Possess a positive and energetic attitude.
• Have a passion for supporting and serving customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the location.
