Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh menu items by hand daily without using frozen or microwaved foods
• Operate and rotate through multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Deliver outstanding customer service reflecting Chipotle’s friendly and enthusiastic culture
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Possess a warm, enthusiastic demeanor and a genuine passion for serving customers and supporting team members
• Motivated to learn cooking skills and restaurant operations
• Be at least 16 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location
