Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations in the restaurant.
- Deliver outstanding customer service creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Work effectively across multiple roles such as grill, prep, cashier, salsa, and expo.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possess a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude.
- Show passion for serving and assisting both customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking and food preparation skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
- Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
