Creatio Developer

Job Overview

We seek a proficient Creatio Developer to join our Riyadh team, responsible for designing, customizing, and deploying solutions using the Creatio platform. This role demands expertise in Creatio, .NET/C#, CRM systems, and business process automation.

Core Duties

• Create, configure, and tailor applications and workflows on the Creatio platform.
• Adapt Creatio solutions to meet specific business and technical needs.
• Build integrations between Creatio and external systems via APIs and web service technologies.
• Set up workflows, business rules, entities, and configure system parameters.
• Convert business needs into practical, effective technical designs.
• Take part throughout the software development life cycle including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Diagnose and fix technical challenges within Creatio applications.
• Support and upgrade existing Creatio implementations.
• Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, QA teams, Solution Architects, and others.
• Draft technical documents when necessary.
• Stay informed about latest Creatio platform features, releases, and development best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Between 2 to 4 years of relevant software development experience with Creatio platform.
• Must hold valid Creatio certification.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, and related web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database systems.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and business process management.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Creatio Freedom UI and version 8.x.
• Expertise in Creatio workflows, configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions.
• Additional Creatio certifications are advantageous.

Certification Requirements

• Mandatory Creatio certification such as Certified Developer, Certified Advanced Developer, or other recognized technical certifications from Creatio.
