Job Overview
We are seeking a CPMO (Program Manager) based in Abu Dhabi specializing in the banking domain. This is a full-time onsite role requiring at least 15 years of professional experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- A university degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- Preferably holds an MBA or comparable Master’s degree.
- Certifications such as Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean, PMP, or equivalents are advantageous.
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 15 years involved in large-scale transformation initiatives, program delivery, operating model architecture, or enterprise change management.
- At least 8 to 10 years of leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional programs within sizeable organizations.
- Proven track record in implementing Agile methodologies at scale, establishing product operating models, and managing Value Stream Management frameworks.
- Strong expertise in portfolio management, governance, funding mechanisms, and strategic planning.
- Experience collaborating effectively with Business, Technology, and Transformation teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, including influencing senior leaders and balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated capability to drive organizational change in complex environments.
- Ability to define key performance indicators, design operating models and governance frameworks, and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Proficiency in managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously within dynamic settings.
- A strong willingness to learn, collaborate extensively, maintain high integrity, and appropriately handle confidential information.
