Generative AI Engineer

Synechron is currently seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and generative AI solutions leveraging platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or equivalents.
• Create and manage advanced Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent workflows, ensuring robust performance.
• Build and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search solutions utilizing Vector Databases.
• Establish AI safety measures and governance protocols including content moderation, prompt safeguards, and responsible AI standards.
• Monitor AI deployments for performance, reliability, and user engagement through tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Develop secure and efficient APIs to expose AI services, utilizing API gateway platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams for successful AI integration and delivery.
• Engage in solution design, participate in technical reviews, and contribute to stakeholder discussions.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 6 to 9 years of total IT experience, including 2 to 3 years specifically in AI Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock agents.
• Deep knowledge in Agentic AI Architecture, Vector Databases, and RAG pipeline development.
• Expertise in AI security and content safety frameworks, particularly Azure Content Safety or similar.
• Proficiency in AI monitoring and observability tools, such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Skillful use of API gateway platforms including Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, Kong, or Apigee.
• Strong programming skills in Python along with familiarity with current AI frameworks.
• Capable of integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications and APIs effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines, complemented by a positive work ethic.
