AIOps Engineer

Role Overview

Alphaeus Pte Ltd seeks a skilled AIOps Engineer to enhance IT operational intelligence by leveraging observability, predictive analytics, and automation techniques for more efficient and reliable system management.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and enhance Splunk ITSI dashboards, key performance indicators, glass tables, and service mapping visualizations.
• Continuously oversee system health and promptly address live system anomalies and issues.
• Conduct in-depth root cause investigations utilizing observability data.
• Implement machine learning models for anomaly detection and predictive analytics purposes.
• Manage integration and upkeep of ServiceNow CMDB and configuration items within Splunk.
• Create and maintain automation scripts primarily using Python and Linux tools.
• Support ITIL-aligned procedures and promote modern IT operational methodologies.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related disciplines.
• Practical expertise working with Splunk ITSI or comparable observability platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB and configuration item relationships.
• Experience applying machine learning techniques for detecting anomalies and forecasting issues.
• Skilled in scripting with emphasis on Python and Linux environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical aptitude, and investigative capabilities.
