Job Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle hiring processes for technical positions.
• Identify and engage potential candidates via job portals, professional networks, referrals, and various sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and career objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and supply appropriate talent.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent database and professional network.
• Coordinate interview schedules, extend job offers, and facilitate onboarding until placement completion.
• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with both clients and candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in any field of study.
• Have a minimum of five years’ experience in recruiting technical talent or a related domain.
• Exhibit strong abilities in communication and interpersonal relations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in negotiation and coaching.
• Be resourceful, self-starting, and well-organized.
• Display a positive attitude, team spirit, and enthusiasm for networking and connecting with people.
