CPL Field Specialist

About the Role

The CPL Field Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and dependable delivery of PSD services to clients. This position involves identifying improvement opportunities, applying standardized procedures, and managing risks associated with service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately complete job deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee the execution of service delivery activities.
• Engage in job risk assessments and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Foster customer relationships to enhance promotion of company products and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through implementation of CAT protocols, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate actively in Service Quality Meetings to discuss performance improvements and develop corrective action plans.
• Support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality programs.
• Consistently wear personal protective equipment and adhere to HSE policies.
• Maintain all mandatory safety training certifications.
