Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise classes during teacher absences to ensure uninterrupted learning.
• Facilitate and encourage student engagement and achievement to help all learners reach their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of behavior and academic attainment.
• Implement and adhere to all school policies and procedures effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working with or caring for secondary school-aged children is essential.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly with both students and staff.
• Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and compliance with school rules and policies.

Working Hours and Terms

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Total of 37 hours per week with 30 minutes lunch daily.
• Position is term-time only.
