Job Overview

Serve as a driver and operator of company vehicles, ensuring timely and courteous delivery and pick-up of shipments. Confirm that all packages comply with FedEx service standards while offering excellent customer service support. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. A valid license suitable for the assigned vehicle type is essential.

Required Abilities

• Lift loads up to 50 pounds independently, and manage weights exceeding 50 pounds using proper equipment or assistance.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance to represent the company well during customer interactions.
• Comply with federal motor carrier safety regulations, including Section 391 requirements.
• Pass medical examination as mandated by FMCSA or FAA standards.
• Maintain constant alertness to conduct all tasks safely.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Possess sufficient English proficiency to interpret traffic signs, engage with traffic authorities, and respond appropriately to inquiries.

Compensation and Benefits
