Role and Responsibilities

• Manage manual handling tasks including loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery of packages to designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing FedEx professionally.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high standards in delivery operations.

Requirements

• Must have full legal work rights in Australia.
• Possess a valid Medium Rigid (MR) license with a clean driving history, limiting up to 6 demerit points in the last three years.
• Successfully pass a series of assessments including drug and alcohol testing, driving evaluation, fitness test, and criminal background check.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and the capacity to follow procedures strictly.
• Exhibit a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
• Previous experience in delivery roles is highly valued but not mandatory.
