Role Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles involving manual handling tasks.
- Execute timely and safe delivery of packages to designated destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service as the representative of FedEx.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and meet the company’s high delivery standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold full legal working rights in Australia.
- Possess a valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence with a clean driving record (no more than 6 demerit points within the past 3 years).
- Ability to successfully pass tests including drug & alcohol screening, driving assessment, criminal background check, and fitness evaluation.
- Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and ability to follow established procedures.
- Exhibit a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in delivery roles is highly desirable but not mandatory.
