Role Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles involving manual handling tasks.
• Execute timely and safe delivery of packages to designated destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service as the representative of FedEx.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and meet the company’s high delivery standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold full legal working rights in Australia.
• Possess a valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence with a clean driving record (no more than 6 demerit points within the past 3 years).
• Ability to successfully pass tests including drug & alcohol screening, driving assessment, criminal background check, and fitness evaluation.
• Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and ability to follow established procedures.
• Exhibit a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in delivery roles is highly desirable but not mandatory.
