Role Overview
This position is ideal for individuals with a proactive mindset who are organized and adaptable. Key duties involve manual handling of freight, ensuring prompt and precise deliveries and pickups, upholding FedEx's professionalism, and adhering strictly to safety and operational protocols.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload freight following company guidelines
- Perform deliveries and pickups accurately and promptly
- Maintain a professional image representing FedEx and prioritize customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and vehicle rules
Candidate Requirements
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Possess a valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record with no more than six demerit points over the last three years
- Successfully pass all pre-employment checks such as drug and alcohol tests, driving assessments, criminal record checks, and functional evaluations
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, perform efficiently under pressure, and follow procedural standards precisely
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
