Role Overview

We are seeking a courteous and efficient Courier to manage the pick-up and delivery of packages along assigned routes. This position involves verifying shipments conform to company standards and providing exceptional customer service support.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Capability to lift weights up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs using suitable equipment.
• Preferred minimum one year of customer-focused business experience.
• Must successfully pass required pre-placement driver assessment training with minimum thresholds.
• Familiarity with company operations and Canadian Customs regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Capacity to multitask, cope with stress, and excel in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to adopt flexible schedules, including holidays and varied shifts based on business demands.

Work Schedule and Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Saturday with typical start times at 8:00 am; rotational shifts may be required.
