Key Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight following company guidelines.
• Carry out deliveries and pickups accurately and within scheduled times.
• Maintain professional conduct representing FedEx with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full adherence to safety policies, operational procedures, and vehicle protocols throughout all tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Possession of a valid Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle license is mandatory.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no more than six demerit points in the last three years.
• Successful clearance of pre-employment checks, including drug and alcohol screening, driving performance evaluation, criminal background verification, and functional capability assessment.
• Exhibit careful attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and comply with established procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance and attitude.
• No previous experience in courier or freight delivery is required.
