About the Role

FedEx Australia is seeking a dedicated Courier to join their team based in Welshpool, Western Australia. This permanent full-time position operates Monday to Friday from approximately 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role involves safe and timely delivery of packages and pallets, manual handling related to vehicle loading and unloading, and maintaining FedEx’s high standards for customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver packages and pallets to designated locations on schedule.
• Represent FedEx professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must have full legal work rights in Australia.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 6 demerit points in the past 3 years).
• Possess a Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicle license.
• Ability to successfully clear drug and alcohol screenings, driving assessments, criminal background checks, and fitness evaluations.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to following safety procedures rigorously.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Previous delivery experience is highly advantageous.
