About the Role
FedEx Australia is seeking dedicated individuals for the full-time permanent position of Courier based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles following manual handling best practices.
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of packages to assigned locations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service as the representative of FedEx at delivery points.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to uphold quality and compliance in every delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in Australia.
- Possession of a valid Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle license coupled with a clean driving record (not exceeding 6 demerit points within the preceding 3 years).
- Capability to successfully clear compulsory assessments including drug and alcohol testing, driving evaluation, criminal background screening, and physical fitness checks.
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with operational procedures.
- A positive and courteous attitude toward customers.
- Previous experience in delivery or courier services is highly valued but not mandatory.
