Role Overview
As a Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager focused on data centre projects, your responsibilities will encompass preparing detailed cost plans through measurement of all components, pricing items from first principles with market engagement as necessary, and compiling comprehensive cost reports. You will evaluate tender submissions, recommend contractors, monitor contractor variations, and assess payment claims to advise the Superintendent accordingly. You will also gather benchmarking and market intelligence data, utilizing Turner & Townsend's digital platform, the Hive, to support all deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of postgraduate experience in cost management
- Membership or progression on the pathway to membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Familiarity with CostX software preferred
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract phases

Minimum education
Master's Degree
