Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Engineer will be a pivotal member of the Corporate Team, shaping customer perceptions of next-generation endpoint cybersecurity technologies. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and presenting CrowdStrike's Falcon security platform to potential clients through technical demos, hands-on testing of attack vectors, and managing Proof of Value (POV) evaluations to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead as the technical authority throughout sales opportunities.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and live demonstrations of products.
• Effectively communicate CrowdStrike’s technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct insightful discovery discussions to identify customer pain points and elicit requirements.
• Manage Proof of Value exercises with defined success criteria to highlight platform benefits.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to represent technical needs of important accounts.
• Continuously learn and simulate cybersecurity attack scenarios to assess platform resilience.
• Provide informal training sessions to internal teams on CrowdStrike technologies and competitive positioning.
• Act as primary customer liaison for feedback and facilitate resolution involving support teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated success in technical roles such as support, consulting, or systems engineering with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering clear, impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing and resolving complex technical issues under pressure.
• Strong technical insight to rapidly evaluate complex systems, identify security gaps, and propose optimizations.
• Highly curious and driven, committed to continuous learning and professional advancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in both Arabic (native level) and English (business proficiency).
• Experienced in leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and support business goals.
