Position Overview
We are actively seeking a seasoned Core HCM Manager with expertise in Workforce Planning to spearhead our HR strategies and refine talent management processes. This role requires a blend of human capital management knowledge, workforce analytics skills, and organizational planning acumen aimed at driving business expansion and operational excellence.
Job Location & Work Mode
Based in Singapore, the role demands on-site attendance in our office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives involving workforce planning, such as forecasting demand and supply, conducting gap analyses, and developing scenario models.
- Design and deploy Oracle EPM or EPBCS solutions tailored for workforce planning.
- Develop comprehensive workforce models that account for headcount, full-time equivalents, skill sets, compensation structures, and costs.
- Collaborate closely with human resources, finance, and business units to convert strategic goals into executable workforce plans.
- Advise on and support efforts revolving around workforce optimization, organizational transformation, and budget planning.
- Create insightful dashboards and data presentations to aid senior leadership in informed decision-making.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in strategic workforce planning or workforce analytics domains.
- Proficiency with Oracle EPM Cloud or EPBCS Workforce Planning platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of workforce cost management, skill planning, and scenario analysis methodologies.
- Background in consulting or involvement in large-scale enterprise deployments.
- Strong abilities in managing stakeholders and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Oracle EPM or EPBCS.
- Experience within public sector organizations or sizable enterprise environments.
- Prior exposure to human resources or financial transformation initiatives.
