Business Analyst

Overview

We are actively recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore with a monthly compensation of $6300. This role requires a professional who excels at analyzing business processes, guiding improvements, and providing valuable insights that align with corporate objectives. The position is office-based in Singapore and demands a proactive approach to handling data-driven challenges in a dynamic setting.

Education and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a Master's degree or an MBA would be advantageous.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of verified experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or equivalent role within information technology.
• Familiar with various project management frameworks including Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, demonstrating flexibility in approach.
• Experience within sectors such as E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality, or Casino systems is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with common business analysis tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Balsamiq.

Preferred Industry Expertise

• Knowledge or experience in domains such as gaming loyalty, casino patron management, rewards programs, tiering systems, points accrual and redemption processes, campaign eligibility, and member lifecycle management.
• Understanding of business entertainment complimentary processes, including entitlement management, allowance computations, approval workflows, redemption oversight, audit compliance, and exception handling.
• Candidates with related experience in hospitality, travel, retail loyalty, financial services rewards, membership management, or customer engagement sectors will be favorably considered.

Certifications

• Certified Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferred.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certifications are desirable.
• Design Thinking certification or similar relevant training is considered an asset.
