Cryptography Lead SME

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cryptography Lead Subject Matter Expert to spearhead our security efforts and deliver advanced cryptographic solutions. This role demands extensive hands-on expertise in cryptography along with leadership capabilities to safeguard our digital information assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, apply, and assess cryptographic protocols and frameworks.
• Analyze existing systems to identify security weaknesses and suggest enhancements.
• Create and enforce internal policies for secure data handling.
• Work alongside various teams to promote and implement security best practices.
• Produce comprehensive documentation of procedures, findings, and advisories.
• Provide mentorship on sophisticated cryptographic methods to team members.

Job Requirements

• At least seven years of practical experience in cryptography or information security.
• Expertise with current encryption algorithms, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and key management systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams or managing projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
