About the Role
Join ALH Hotels as a Cook or Chef in Western Australia and be part of a team that forms the backbone of over 350 Australian communities. ALH operates more pubs than anyone else, and every great pub requires excellent food. You'll have the opportunity to prepare memorable dining experiences for guests, combining passion with precision in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare high-quality dishes that impress guests.
- Support and contribute to a workplace culture that prioritizes safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Consistently produce well-presented, superior meals aligned with ALH’s standards.
Candidate Profile
- Experience working in busy kitchen settings and holding recognized trade cooking qualifications.
- An understanding that great guest experiences result from enthusiasm, accuracy, and consistent delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities to optimize outcomes for guests and team members.
- A genuine and authentic personality welcomed by ALH’s inclusive workplace culture.
Physical Requirements
This role involves regular manual handling, such as stocking, moving kegs, and managing deliveries. Candidates must be physically able to perform these tasks safely and effectively.
