We are seeking a skilled Cook / Chef to prepare and cook meals adhering strictly to menu standards while maintaining consistent taste, presentation, and quality. This role requires preparing ingredients such as vegetables, spices, and sauces beforehand and ensuring the kitchen operates under hygienic and food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes as per the established menu and quality standards.
• Consistently maintain taste, presentation, and quality of food.
• Pre-prepare vegetables, spices, sauces, and other essential components.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and cooking areas.
• Comply with food safety regulations rigorously.
• Properly store food and ingredient supplies to minimize wastage.
• Inspect raw materials to ensure freshness and quality.
• Effectively manage cooking times to serve food promptly.
• Follow safe and correct procedures when handling kitchen equipment.
• Maintain stock levels and alert management regarding shortages.
• Minimize food wastage and regulate portion sizes appropriately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management for smooth operations.
• Adhere to recipes, instructions, and daily menu requirements accurately.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient cooking and food preparation capabilities.
• Understanding of Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines as required.
• Strong knowledge of spices and relevant ingredients.

Additional Details

The role is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The remuneration offered ranges between INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 monthly.
