Job description
Primary Role
Serve as a skilled advisor offering professional guidance and hands-on support to the OV organization in overseeing OV Manpower Call-Off Contracts and handling any new tendering and contractual processes from the initial tender scope development through to final contract closure.
Experience Requirements
Candidates must have a comprehensive background of 15 years involving multiple disciplines, with at least a decade spent within the oil and gas sector or major industrial construction projects. This experience should cover the preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of complex and varied large-scale contracts.
Educational Background
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Additional qualifications such as postgraduate studies in Contract Management or Project Management are advantageous.
