About the Company and Role
The Creative Store represents a client involved in a global, mass-participation fundraising movement built around fitness and purpose. This initiative harnesses the power of elite athletes and a growing fitness race scene to support impactful causes such as Global Health, Mental Health, Animal Welfare, Women’s Empowerment, and Climate Solutions. Position Overview
This junior to intermediate-level role is fully remote and requires ownership of daily social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for sports, fitness, and creating engaging content with social media management skills. They will work in collaboration with a marketing team and a remote workforce spanning multiple time zones to grow a large, engaged audience aligned with a purpose-driven mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop fresh content ideas tailored to the fitness community and contribute creatively to planning.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy that drive audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and rapidly adapt successful content into relevant posts.
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing of social media posts.
- Engage actively with the community via comments, direct messages, and replies, fostering connections with athletes, ambassadors, and fundraisers.
- Coordinate efforts with regional social media accounts.
- Assist in identifying influencers and ambassadors and support ongoing relationship management with content creators.
- Provide input on platform strategies to enhance presence beyond posting.
- Perform basic analytics reporting, interpreting social media performance and recommending actions.
- Collaborate closely with growth, engagement, and communications leadership on daily content and larger campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in editing social media short-form video content.
- Confident understanding of social media dynamics and content that drives engagement.
- Strong interest in fitness industry; experience is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of brand-driven social media growth tactics.
- Skilled in narrative construction and impactful storytelling.
- Curious about and knowledgeable in AI tools to enhance productivity and output quality.
- Familiar and comfortable using various software systems and tools.
- Energetic and proactive in engaging with social communities.
- Self-driven and takes initiative without the need for constant direction.
- Aspired to grow within a startup environment as a key team member.
- Passion for creating purpose-driven work with measurable global impact.
Additional Advantages

Work Environment and Conditions
This role is fully remote, operating within a small, ambitious, and highly collaborative team that values ownership and meaningful impact. Candidates must be able to participate in team meetings scheduled around ANZ and UK time zones.
