Role Overview

The Digital Experience Manager will craft and refine strategies in SEO, content, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and overall digital experience to boost business outcomes for prominent brands. Working within a dynamic digital team, you will lead the strategy and execution of SEO, CRO, content, and website enhancements, leveraging data, audience insights, and emerging tech to improve visibility and user engagement that supports sustained client growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and improve SEO strategies tailored to client goals to generate measurable results.
  • Act as a strategic consultant across digital experience areas, including technical SEO, content strategy and link acquisition, analytics and data interpretation, CRO, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and deliver integrated SEO and content plans aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Proactively spot opportunities and challenges, offering informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare clear reports on campaign metrics, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Support agency-wide planning by contributing digital experience expertise to comprehensive client solutions.
  • Advise on user experience, accessibility, site architecture, and website speed improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers, analysts, content creators, and tech teams to achieve seamless digital marketing results.
  • Lead outreach and content promotion efforts that enhance SEO rankings and brand awareness.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, agency partners, and within the broader network.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build their skills and knowledge in digital experience best practices.
  • Encourage continuous learning and sharing of knowledge within the team and across the agency.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and high-achieving working culture.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven SEO experience in a digital or advertising agency environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, XML, JavaScript, W3C standards, server maintenance, internet protocols, and analytics tools.
  • Proficient with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, ScreamingFrog, and rank tracking software.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and present through Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Slides/Sheets.
