Role Overview

We seek a Digital Experience Manager to lead the creation and continuous refinement of SEO, content, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and overall digital experience strategies that deliver measurable business growth for top-tier brands. This role involves strategic leadership and hands-on management of integrated digital initiatives spanning SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), content, and website enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve SEO plans to meet client goals and optimize business results.
  • Offer expert digital experience consultation across areas including technical SEO, content strategy and link building, analytics, CRO, and GEO within the AI search space.
  • Develop integrated content and SEO strategies aligned with client marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to enhance performance and maximize return on investment.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities, providing proactive insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver client-facing performance reports translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with agency planning, analytics, media, content, and technology teams to deliver cohesive digital marketing solutions.
  • Advise on user experience, website accessibility, information architecture, and site performance improvements.
  • Lead outreach and content promotion strategies to boost SEO outcomes and brand visibility.
  • Nurture strong professional relationships within your team, with clients, and across the wider Publicis Groupe network.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build expertise and maintain best practices within digital experience disciplines.
  • Drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing to foster high team performance and collaboration.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior SEO experience specifically within digital or advertising agency environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with website technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, W3C standards, server upkeep, web analytics tools, and internet protocols.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools including Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, ScreamingFrog, and rank tracking software.
  • General understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Exposure to Conversion Rate Optimization platforms is advantageous.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for presenting and analyzing work, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Sheets.
