Job description
Role Overview
This position involves creating AI-assisted video content for commercial purposes, requiring practical experience in producing advertisements for real clients within strict budgets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full-cycle AI-generated videos, managing everything from initial briefing through editing, audio integration, and final export.
- Apply commercial acumen in brand development and performance optimization, with an ability to assess and refine videos based on metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Select and utilize appropriate AI models tailored to specific creative objectives.
- Continually learn and integrate emerging generative tools for video, image, voice, music, and editing, adapting quickly to evolving technology stacks.
- Design ads optimized for modern viewing habits, including capturing attention within 1-3 seconds, sound-off viewing, vertical-first layouts, user-generated content (UGC), creator-led formats, prominent product placement, and clear calls-to-action.
- Exercise strong product and quality judgment to differentiate between output flaws due to tool limitations versus execution errors, offering actionable feedback to engineers.
- Maintain a keen eye for brand consistency, visual detail, lighting, artifact detection, and accurate product representation.
- Understand and mitigate AI content risks, including rights management, music licensing, proper disclosure and labeling, and fidelity across generated shots.
- Balance creative taste to determine when AI enhances or detracts from content quality.
- Manage tight deadlines effectively, handling multiple content variants and iterative feedback efficiently.
- Communicate fluently in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is advantageous for independent team collaboration but not required.
