Role Overview
The role of a ServiceNow Developer requires substantial expertise in ServiceNow development and administration, with responsibilities encompassing various modules and integration tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess over 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), and CSM (Customer Service Management).
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript and Glide API, along with implementation of UI policies and business rules.
- Capability to design and develop ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, and notification mechanisms.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO) and other integration technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery tools.
- Sound knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes.
- Minimum educational qualification equivalent to 15 years of continuous education is mandatory.
