We are seeking a Construction Lead to oversee and coordinate construction activities ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and quality standards in project execution at Al Khobar, Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with a strong safety mindset, promoting health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout projects.
• Manage daily construction operations to ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality practices.
• Develop, review, and execute Construction Work Packages (CWPs) in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, planning, and commissioning teams to optimize project execution.
• Assist in crafting and implementing construction execution strategies, schedules, and work plans.
• Track construction progress actively and address field challenges, risks, and constraints promptly.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, project protocols, and regional regulatory standards including Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Conduct constructability reviews of drawings and specs to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Support preparation and assessment of construction budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and schedules.
• Help secure necessary permits, approvals, and site access before commencing construction.
• Coordinate activities among contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Contribute to progress reporting, performance metrics collection, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Assist workforce planning and resource management to meet timelines and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to supervisors and field teams.
• Maintain clear communication regarding risks, concerns, and progress with project leadership and site management.
• Support modularization, prefabrication, mechanical completion, and project handover processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and execution of the Construction Execution Plan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, construction engineering, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of construction experience with leadership roles on large industrial, mining, infrastructure, or EPC/EPCM projects.
• Proven commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, field execution, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with EPCM project environments.
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is beneficial.

Office Location and Working Hours: Al Khobar, working Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
