Role Overview
Join Streem as a Corporate Account Manager to support Australia's leading organisations in leveraging our media intelligence platform effectively. This client-focused position involves customer success, onboarding, training, and strategic support—without cold calling or new sales development. Ideal for individuals passionate about media, current affairs, and cultivating long-lasting professional relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients across various sectors.
- Onboard new users and provide engaging platform training sessions both virtually and in person.
- Configure and manage client accounts, including generating keyword and Boolean search queries.
- Assist customers with challenges and help discover innovative platform uses.
- Monitor news developments, promptly escalating critical media events when necessary.
- Produce client-facing reports, media summaries, transcripts, and related deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and other internal teams to represent client interests.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all client requests.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related client-facing roles; SaaS experience is highly valued.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Competence in managing multiple priorities within dynamic environments.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset focused on customer support.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in Australian media, news, and current affairs.
Additional Welcomed Experience
- Familiarity with media monitoring, media intelligence, or social listening tools.
- Experience using CRM platforms, project management software, or Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Boolean search methodologies.
- Academic background in Communications, Media, Journalism, or Public Relations.
