Construction Cost Estimator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Preparing financially viable project bids.
• Calculating construction costs through internal computations and price inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supporting operational teams by producing technical and financial calculations.
• Consolidating individual trade calculations into an overall project estimate.
• Overseeing calculations and bid preparations responsibly.
• Creating job and work cost calculations.
• Developing variants and special proposals.

Qualifications

• Completed degree from a university of applied sciences or technical university in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience as a cost estimator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experienced use of billing and estimation software, preferably RIB iTWO.
• Independent, proactive work style combined with ability to work well in teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
• Strong assertiveness and communication skills.
