Job description
Role Overview
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of work orders, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met while providing excellent customer correspondence and complaint management via phone and email. You will also contribute to improving processes and planning resources within maintenance management, as well as handling order-related purchasing of materials and services. Administrative support to the property management team is also part of your role.
Key Duties
- Receive, schedule, track, and finalize work orders.
- Maintain compliance with quality requirements and deadlines.
- Manage customer communication including inquiries and complaints both telephonically and in writing.
- Optimize processes and plan resources for maintenance management.
- Handle procurement activities related to orders for materials and services.
- Provide administrative assistance to the property management team.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field.
- Previous experience coordinating technical personnel is desirable, ideally within facility management.
- User-level experience with order management systems, preferably CAFM systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills in German, at least at the C1 proficiency level.
