Job Overview

This role focuses on configuring and maintaining software and technological elements of projects for a client. The candidate will be responsible for application configuration aligned with client needs, managing configuration standards, and supporting system analysis and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Support application configuration based on client specifications.
• Gather configuration requirements from different business units and secure business owner approvals.
• Plan and complete configuration assignments within set deadlines.
• Provide ongoing system configuration support adapting to business changes.
• Contribute to system analysis, design, development, and testing efforts.
• Assist in patch release development, implementation, and testing.
• Maintain and update the configuration archive consistently.
• Ensure full compliance with configuration standards and procedural guidelines.
• Modify existing configuration processes per client needs, maintaining accurate documentation and logs.
• Quickly identify and resolve configuration related issues.
• Manage Management Information Systems (MIS), reporting, and backend support tasks.
• Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration metrics as required by clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver continuous integration and deployment with 100% error-free onboarding and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure quality with on-time deliveries, troubleshooting, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and completion of skill certification for upskilling.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory expertise in Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
