Job Overview

This role primarily involves configuring and maintaining software solutions and technological frameworks for projects handled for the Wipro client. The individual will play a vital part in ensuring smooth application configuration aligned with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring applications according to client requirements
• Gather configuration needs from various functions, business units, and service lines, and seek approval from business owners
• Plan and implement configuration tasks within stipulated deadlines
• Support system configuration aligned with evolving business demands
• Help analyze, design, develop, and test systems
• Support development, implementation, and testing of patches and system upgrades
• Maintain and manage configuration archives diligently
• Ensure full compliance with configuration standards and procedures
• Modify existing configuration processes in line with client needs and keep comprehensive documentation and logs
• Analyze and promptly resolve configuration issues
• Handle MIS management, reporting, and backend assistance
• Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration metrics for clients and stakeholders
• Produce documentation and reports as per client specifications concerning configuration standards
• Resolve issues rapidly, particularly changes or modifications requested by the client

Required Skills and Experience

• Mandatory expertise in Oracle Apps Finance Functional module
• Experience ranging between 5 to 8 years
