- Assist with coding, configuration, and minor customization tasks following established design and development standards.
- Support integration testing by verifying interface functionality and identifying basic problems.
- Help address performance or configuration-related technical issues within assigned modules.
- Contribute to user guides, configuration documentation, and testing material preparation.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Professional experience ranging from 5 to 8 years.
