Role Overview
The Webmethod Consultant position is based in Dubai, requiring full-time onsite presence five days a week under an employment contract with Infosys as the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead API governance and enablement of API marketplace with over 10 years’ experience.
- Architect and govern API design and digital platform integrations.
- Develop procedures, technical standards, and requirements for API provisioning and governance.
- Create and distribute technical documentation, policies, and guidelines supporting API development.
- Ensure robust understanding and implementation of RESTful APIs alongside API security measures.
- Design and enforce secure, reliable mechanisms for API development and integration aligned with industry security standards.
- Construct operational models for deploying API services through marketplaces.
- Manage API pricing models, subscription handling, and monetization strategies within the API marketplace.
- Evaluate the API marketplace's performance, adoption levels, and strategic value, suggesting improvements backed by data and stakeholder input.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and maintain detailed documentation.
- Exhibit excellent communication and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
