About the Role
We are representing a prominent international financial services company seeking a Corporate Secretarial Associate to expand its governance team located in Dublin. This role offers a rare chance for a company secretarial professional with a minimum of six months' experience in funds to advance their career within a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The position involves managing a varied portfolio of investment fund clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver company secretarial services to a range of investment fund clients.
- Organise Board, Committee, and shareholder meetings, including assembling agendas, preparing board packs, and recording minutes.
- Compose board resolutions and other corporate governance documents.
- Manage updates related to directors, service providers, and corporate records.
- Engage with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain precise statutory records and supervise corporate filings covering multiple jurisdictions.
- Contribute to governance projects, corporate actions, and the continual improvement of company secretarial procedures.
Candidate Profile
- At least six months of company secretarial experience within the investment funds sector is mandatory.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company secretarial duties and corporate governance principles.
- Exceptional organisational capabilities with competency to manage several deadlines concurrently.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented, highly professional, and accurate in work output.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in growing a career in financial services governance.
