Job description
Role Overview
The Benefits Associate plays a pivotal role in managing and streamlining the processing of government-mandated employee benefits. This position ensures accurate and timely filing of documents, coordinates with relevant agencies and employees, and maintains comprehensive benefits records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of government benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Prepare, validate, and submit required employee documents to ensure compliance and prompt filing of benefits.
- Collaborate with various government agencies to track employee contributions, loans, and claims, while efficiently addressing any discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and claims, providing updates and guidance on coverage and procedures.
- Maintain and organize employee benefits files, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of transactions and communications.
- Support audit processes by preparing periodic reports, summaries, and compliance documents, guaranteeing completeness and transparency of data.
