Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive thought leadership initiatives by managing Binance’s speaker program, coordinating high-impact speaking opportunities, and preparing briefing resources.
• Craft compelling, newsworthy narratives and secure earned media coverage through interviews with key media outlets, influential voices, and podcasts emphasizing security, compliance, innovation, and institutional expansion.
• Develop and maintain Binance’s core executive speaker pool, facilitate media training, ensure messaging consistency, and elevate executive profiles as authoritative industry voices.
• Produce timely industry and market insights to amplify Binance’s influence on significant market topics, policies, and trends through earned media activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with leading business, finance, technology, and crypto media, consistently obtaining impactful coverage including interviews, commentary, op-eds, and feature articles.
• Plan and execute media events and strategic engagements at major conferences.
• Support corporate communication efforts including announcements, partnerships, and campaigns with emphasis on team alignment and localized strategy execution.
• Manage and refine Binance’s master messaging frameworks for both internal and external stakeholders to support core initiatives and narratives.
• Create unified messaging across multiple channels for core business priorities and verticals, collaborating closely with legal, compliance, and policy departments to ensure communications are consistent and compliant.
• Oversee Binance’s representation and positioning in key industry rankings and reports, managing the global awards database with responsibilities from nominations to opportunity tracking.
• Leverage industry relationships and prominent voices to bolster various communication efforts and campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, or project/program management roles.
• Preferably experience in fast-paced sectors such as fintech, technology, cryptocurrency, or related industries.
• A collaborative mindset prioritizing effective teamwork and cooperative success.
• Background in project management, workflow coordination, or operational functions.
• Strategic thinking abilities combined with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
• Deep understanding of creative processes including static and video content production.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges and develop standard operating procedures.
• Advanced skills in Asana or equivalent project management platforms, proficient in workflow automation, reporting dashboards, integrations, and scaling infrastructure across teams.
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows, familiarity with large language model tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, SafuGPT), AI-driven image/video generation, and creative automation solutions such as Figma plugins and Adobe AI functionalities.
• Experience with evaluating, acquiring, and onboarding creative technology tools, capable of assessing business needs, preparing investment justifications, and managing vendor partnerships.
