Role Overview
The Communications Coordinator is integral to assisting Communications Business Partners and the wider Communications & Public Affairs team in executing internal and external communication initiatives, including social media activities.
This position is dynamic and hands-on, blending coordination duties, content creation, channel oversight, and operational communication support. Collaboration across different departments is essential to ensure communications are clear, timely, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily operational support for Communications Business Partners.
- Assist in implementing communication plans, campaigns, and tactical initiatives.
- Monitor and manage timelines, approvals, and action items to ensure punctual communication delivery.

- Help coordinate media relations and perform media monitoring when necessary.
Candidate Profile
We seek a highly organised and proactive communications professional who excels in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Candidates should possess:
- A degree in communications, media, or a related field paired with relevant experience, or 1-3 years in communications, marketing, or content roles.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of independent work and prioritising competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail across multiple traditional and modern communication platforms.
- Proficiency in written and digital media content creation.
- Ability to anticipate needs, juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively, and a collaborative team spirit.
