Role Overview
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the Communications Business Partners and the broader Communications & Public Affairs team. This important role involves hands-on coordination, content creation, channel management, and providing operational communications assistance. - Assist in implementing communication plans, campaigns, and associated tactical activities.
- Monitor timelines, actions, and approvals to guarantee on-time delivery of communications.

- Support media coordination and conduct media monitoring when necessary.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an organised, proactive communications professional comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in communications, media, or a related field with relevant experience; or between one to three years in communications, marketing, or content roles.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and keen attention to detail, adept at engaging diverse audiences through both traditional and new media channels.
- Proficiency in digital media and content creation.
- The foresight to anticipate team needs, manage simultaneous deadlines and stakeholders effectively, and demonstrate a collaborative team approach.
