About the Role
If you have expertise in the signage sector and are skilled in coordinating multiple moving components, this position could be ideal for you. We are seeking a Commercial Signs Project Manager to oversee projects from initial concept through to production and installation, ensuring every project is completed safely, punctually, within budget, and according to specifications.
You will collaborate closely with clients, designers, production teams, installers, and other internal partners to maintain project momentum. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring effective planning, transparent communication, and a meticulous focus on quality. Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial signage projects end-to-end, including briefing, planning, scheduling, budgeting, production, and supervising installation.
- Engage with clients to grasp their requirements, clarify project scope, manage expectations, and provide ongoing updates throughout delivery.
- Create and oversee project schedules, allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor physical and financial progress, intervening when necessary.
- Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to assure signage complies with specifications, quality benchmarks, and correct installation procedures.
- Identify risks early, address issues promptly, and support safe and efficient delivery across various projects and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience within the signage industry, demonstrated through project management of commercial signage projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management techniques and tools, capable of managing timelines, budgets, and successful delivery.
- Confidence in liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, backed by excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with sound judgement and the ability to remain composed under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- A strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and quality assurance.
- Valued experience includes supervising production and installation activities.
