Since 1928, Tremco CPG has been a global frontrunner in addressing intricate waterproofing and roofing challenges. Its Canadian division, Weatherproofing Technologies Canada (WTC), is seeking seasoned Commercial Roofing Technicians for projects around Edmonton, Alberta.

Role Overview & Key Duties

• Install various low-slope roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single-ply membranes, coatings, and safety systems under Foreman supervision, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance assessments using diagnostic tools to identify, document, and report system issues for effective performance.
• Operate machinery and tools safely while adhering to company policies and provincial health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience in commercial roofing, preferably with flat or low-slope systems; steep-slope experience is also acceptable.
• Capable of working at heights and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Prepared to travel between 25% and 35% within the region and adapt to flexible hours during high-demand seasons.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating effective teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required; truck ownership is considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $29 to $44, influenced by experience, expertise, fairness, and market factors.
