• Experienced in commercial or business banking relationship management.
• Strong credit evaluation skills, including complex deal structuring and risk assessment.
• Proactive business development abilities with a focus on spotting growth potential.
• Demonstrated commercial insight, financial analysis, and portfolio management competence.
• Effective at building trusted relationships and influencing favourable outcomes.
• Curiosity and passion for aiding Kiwi businesses to thrive.
