Senior Wealth Planner / Manager

Position Overview

A distinguished, fully independent financial planning and wealth management firm located in DIFC, Dubai, is searching for an experienced Senior Wealth Planner/Manager to augment their local team. This role involves working with a valuable, transferable client portfolio averaging approximately USD 1.2 million in assets each, with total client portfolio sizes ranging from USD 1 million to USD 10 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in Dubai.
• Conduct detailed cash flow modelling to inform client financial planning.
• Design and implement customized financial strategies tailored to individual client goals and needs.
• Operate within a regulated, ethical advice-driven framework, moving beyond commission-based selling to a client-centered advisory model.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Pursuit or attainment of a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (e.g., FCA Level 4 minimum), certified by professional bodies such as CISI, CII, or LIBF.
• Chartered status is preferred, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards.
• Proven history of selling commission-based investment products, excluding regular savings plans, with a desire to transition into an ethical advisory role.
• Candidate must be currently residing in the UAE to be eligible for consideration.
