Job Overview
We are looking for a Collections Executive to manage the banking process and perform outbound communications with customers to follow up on pending payments. This role involves consistent target achievement and maintaining accurate customer documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls within the domestic banking process sector.
- Engage customers to obtain updates on overdue payments.
- Meet designated daily and monthly collection targets.
- Accurately update and maintain customer interaction records.
